Yielding Space
At the time when this photo was taken, I was trapped in feelings of overwhelm and completely lacking in self-worth. An hour later, the keys to unlocking what had taken me a lifetime to sort out, had been handed to be … by a horse.
On the horizon …
I snapped this photo on a walk. Far in the distance is the Golden Gate Bridge, and in the midst of it all is the city I’ve grown to know and love over 25 years. I asked myself: What do I see on the horizon for 2026? Many lofty goals came to mind and along with them lists and checkboxes. I felt overwhelmed.
So I changed my question to: What do I feel on the horizon for 2026?
And something shifted.
