About me …

I grew up in New York City, far afield from a herd of horses. But a chance trail ride on a random weekend when I was 8 years old convinced me that horses would somehow be in my life.

Fast forward some decades later and I was living in San Francisco, married, a mom of two kids, and my career had taken me from marketing and advertising to video and film production. Storytelling in all forms had always been intriguing to me. But through it all, I realized I was feeling lost, unfulfilled, insecure both in my career and in my parenting. I had lost my through-line and was spiraling in self-doubt, feelings of worthlessness, and frustrated at knowing who I wanted to be and how I wanted to feel, but having no idea how to get there.

Not by accident, my story with horses picked up right around that time. I met my first Equus Coach and, never having heard of this line of work before, curiously signed up for a few sessions.

My experience as an Equus Coaching client was nothing short of completely transformational. (And I don’t say that lightly.) For the first time in my life, I could see my patterns, my obstacles, my limiting beliefs, and the stories I was spiraling in appear before my eyes, reflected back to me in my interactions with the horses who partnered with me in my sessions. And finally the answers I needed to move forward were available to me.

So here I am today, a certified Equus Coach … and hopefully yours! Horses and coaching changed my life and set me on the path that I’m following today - one that’s fulfilling and true to who I am. I hope to offer that same opportunity for you to find your way, your clarity, and your direction forward.
